  • Poster Presentation: All the selected abstracts will be displayed at the conference venue.

  • Submission Deadline: 11 October 2026
  • Notification of Acceptance: 26 October 2026 onwards
  • Title: Concise and descriptive.
  • Authors: Include names, affiliations, and contact details.
  • Abstract Body: Maximum 300 words, structured as follows:
    • Introduction
    • Objectives
    • Materials and Method
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Keywords: Up to five keywords.
  • Format: Submit in PDF or Word document format.

  • Poster orientation is 16:9
  • Ensure any text is in large font.
  • Use graphs, charts, and/or tables.
  • Ensure contents have a logical flow.
  • E-Poster will be placed DIGITAL.
  • Language must be in English.
  • The abstract submission deadline will be on 11 October 2026.
  • The abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • It is the responsibility of the presenting author to submit the abstract on time, who will be responsible to communicate with other co-authors.
  • The accepted presenting author should be available to present at the conference physically on 28 and 29 November 2026.
  • All accepted abstracts will be published on-site and may appear on the conference website and/or other conference-related materials, and this will not raise any copyright issues.
  • A submission as a particular presentation type or theme may be changed to a different type following review to be accepted and included in the programme.
  • Certificate of conference attendance with credit hours
  • Certificate of appreciation for selected abstract
