The Neurosurgery International Masterclass 2023 (NIM 2023) is a unique academic collaborative effort that aims at providing a platform for leading international experts in the field of Brain and Spine surgery to share their academic and surgical expertise with our delegates. Our dynamic hybrid programme this year focuses on discussing cutting-edge clinical and academic updates as well as technical notes. It combines the best of interactive lecture-based sessions with targeted panel discussions as well as open-question- forums.
The scientific programme runs parallel with highly selected focus-group satellite workshops over the first two days. These will provide enhanced training exposure on emerging technology-based skills as well as dry-lab training. The academic programme covers areas of open and endoscopic skull base surgery, Complex spine surgery, Functional neurosurgery, Epilepsy, and Neuromodulation for pain and movement disorders as well as Neurovascular and Endovascular surgery.
We are particularly proud of our Cadaveric lab on day 3. This will provide extensive hands-on focused training opportunities for key surgical skills and procedures in spine and brain surgery delivered by hand-selected expert faculty. In partnership with leading industry giants, we have strived to assimilate real-life operating conditions through full access to cutting-edge surgical instruments and technology. To ensure high-value practical training, we endeavour to maximise candidates' exposure by adopting a step-by-step approach mastered by our expert instructors.
The scope of this event encompasses a wide category of neurosurgeons, spinal orthopaedic surgeons, selected ENT/Max-fax surgeons, stroke and movement disorders neurologists, pain physicians as well as interventional neuroradiologists and most importantly perhaps general (and allied) healthcare providers. We really hope you will join us and enjoy this unique opportunity of mutual learning.
We look forward to having you!
