Dr Asha is currently the Chief of the Neurosurgery Department at Tawam Hospital (National Oncology Tertiary Centre in Abu Dhabi).

Dr Asha is a pioneer in complex brain tumors surgery in UAE for adults and pediatrics. He has keen interest in open vascular surgery and functional Neurosurgery as well.

Dr Asha is very motivated educator. He holds masters degree in evidence based medicine, Cardiff University and A degree in Global Health Education, University of Toronto. In addition to his clinical roles, he holds a position as adjunct professor at the University of UAE.

Prof. Nicandro Figueiredo is a Consultant Spinal Neurosurgeon and Professor of Neurosurgery with over 25 years of international experience across Brazil, the USA, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. He completed medical training and a PhD in Brazil, with postdoctoral training at top U.S. institutions including Johns Hopkins and the University of Wisconsin. He has served in leading academic and clinical roles, and currently practices at King’s College Hospital in Dubai. An active researcher, editor, and international speaker, he is a member of NASS and other global societies, contributing significantly to spinal surgery, education, and evidence-based neurosurgical practice.

Dr. Ahmed Quateen is a Clinical Assistant Professor at McMaster University and a dedicated neurosurgeon at Hamilton Health Services. Renowned for his expertise in neurosurgery, Dr. Quateen combines advanced surgical techniques with compassionate patient care, contributing significantly to both medical education and neurological health in the community.

My name is Dr. Hassan Seif, and I am a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon, certified by the German Board of Neurosurgery and holder of the German Master of Complex Spine Surgery. Over the course of my career, I have specialized in the management of complex spine aand brain conditions, performing advanced surgical procedures with a focus on precision, innovation, and patient-centered care. 

Currently, I serve as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Neurosurgery and Neuroscience at Sheikh Tahnoon Medical City, where I work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment for patients with challenging neurological disorders. My clinical expertise spans both cranial and spinal surgery, with a particular emphasis on complex spine surgery, minimally invasive approaches, and advanced techniques that improve patient outcomes. 

Alongside my clinical practice, I am deeply committed to medical education, knowledge-sharing, and the advancement of neurosurgical practice. Having trained and worked in Germany and now continuing my work in the UAE, I bring an international perspective to patient care and professional collaboration. My goal has always been to combine state-of-the-art surgical skills with compassion and dedication, ensuring the highest standards of care for every patient I treat.
